Abstract

Paper focuses on perception of work-family enrichment and work-family conflict by employed men and women. On the sample of 107 Slovak respondents we analysed differences in perception of positive and negative work-family spill-over between males (N=52) and females (N=55). Groups do not differ in age, in number of children at home. All respondents are full-time employed, married and live in the eastern part of Slovakia.
